1. What we collect
When you request a pilot or demo we collect the details you submit — name, work email, organisation, role, and any notes. The website itself uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics.
2. How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, scope a pilot, and communicate about the engagement. We do not sell your information.
3. Operational data & sovereignty
For pilots and deployments, AquaSys AI runs inside your environment (sovereign deployment). Operational and sensor data does not leave your network. AES-256 encryption applies in transit and at rest; access is governed by RBAC and your SSO/SAML.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to evaluate and pursue an engagement, then deleted on request.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing contact@aquasys.ai.
